Water is an essential element in human life and economic and social development, and a decisive factor in achieving ecological and biological balance. It is also a land resource that drives and structures other activities, and can be used to create several land projects, especially in the tourism and agricultural fields.
Despite the availability of important water resources in the studied area thanks to the nature of the structural composition of the rocks and the nature of the climate, water wealth is in constant decline as a result of imbalances and shortcomings that hinder the rationalization and rationalization of its management and exploitation, in addition to successive years of drought, demographic pressure, economic development, and the cultivation of Indian hemp, and the accompanying disruption of biodiversity and biodiversity.
This water shortage has contributed to the outbreak of several individual or collective conflicts, which have affected the stability of the population and the path of sustainable development. This necessitates the search for effective solutions by all actors, aiming to understand the various mechanisms controlling water resources, in order to manage them effectively and maintain their sustainability.
