Morocco's Africa policy is based on solid historical foundations, combining visionary diplomacy with a concrete commitment to African solidarity. Our study aims to explore the different pillars of this strategy. Firstly, proactive diplomacy has strengthened bilateral cooperation through concrete agreements in strategic areas. Secondly, Morocco has promoted a model of South-South cooperation based on solidarity and joint development. Finally, Morocco's return to the African Union (AU) in 2017 marked a decisive step. This reintegration has enabled the kingdom to renew its ties with continental dynamics, actively participate in the AU's institutional reforms and defend its strategic positions, particularly in terms of national sovereignty. It has also consolidated Morocco's role in major projects such as the African Continental Free Trade Area and the Morocco-Nigeria gas pipeline.
