Abstract

  The study provides a reference and executive guide for conducting a hearing for a child witness under the age of ten by officers of an intelligence agency characterized by judicial police.

  The study addresses the Arab case and the concept of the witness. However, it mainly deals with the auxiliary mechanisms, required skills, necessary competencies, procedural steps and technical methods.
